The Service is for entertainment and informational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • You must have the right to upload and analyze any photos you submit.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your usage.

3. Usage Limits and Fair Use

  • Free users are limited to a specific number of facial symmetry tests per day (as displayed on the site).
  • Rate limits are in place to ensure fair access for all users.
  • Abuse of the Service, including automated scraping or excessive requests, may result in access restrictions.

4. Content and Privacy

  • You retain ownership of photos you upload for symmetry analysis.

5. Acceptable Use

6. Results Disclaimer

Important: Face symmetry test results are generated by AI algorithms and are for entertainment and informational purposes only. Symmetry scores are based on visible facial features and bilateral balance measurements. Results do not represent objective truth about your attractiveness, beauty, or personal worth. Facial symmetry varies naturally among individuals, and perfect symmetry is extremely rare. Most people have 70-85% symmetry, which is completely normal. Photo quality, lighting, head position, and facial expressions can affect symmetry measurements. Slight asymmetry is natural and common. Do not use results to make important life decisions or as a measure of personal value.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, trademarks, algorithms, and materials provided by Face Symmetry Test are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, accuracy of symmetry measurements, or specific outcomes. Facial symmetry analysis results may vary based on photo quality, lighting, head position, facial expressions, and other factors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Face Symmetry Test and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination
